Owners Andy, Joanne and Courtney have many years experience in a wide range of horsemanship and competition. "We started Bell Vue Lodge with great intentions of breeding quality NZ Sporthorses that are the total package!" And it is a small breeding program focusing on quality of horses we would love to ride/own and compete ourselves!
Our ideal "NZ Sporthorse" is strong and sound with talent and trainability ~ magestic looks and movement ~ along with and most importantly a willing/biddible temperment!
By carefully combining our favorite performance bloodlines of Warmblood, Arabian, TB and Stationbred our idea of the perfect equine friend/companion/athlete/show/pleasure horse are now evolving!
